Have you ever thought about making your own wedding rings? Or perhaps a unique promise ring or anniversary ring? There is nothing more romantic than exchanging rings on your big day that you've forged for each other; infused with love from every blow of your hammer! This one-day course will take you and your loved one step-by-step through the process of forging your own beautiful rings in our quaint little forge in Benfleet, Essex. The Kerr Forge Blacksmith, Jon, will be alongside to help and advise at every step to ensure you take home rings you are proud to wear for a lifetime.
What's included in the price?
The price is per couple, and includes two rings. All the tools and materials required to make your rings will be provided. At the end of the course, you will take home two rings in protective pouches to keep until your big day. Rings will be made from highly durable stainless steel which will last a lifetime. Contrary to popular belief- steel rings will not rust if worn regularly, as the natural oils from the skin keep the ring polished. For an additional charge, pattern welded Damascus steel can be provided for an even more beautiful ring. Soft drinks, tea and coffee will be provided.
