Description

This extra long hot water bottle holds 1.5 litre of hot water. It measures 77 cm long and 12 cm wide. It is made of 100% natural rubber.

How this was made

This hot water bottle cover is made from a special wool from a Schafpate rare German breed of sheep. The yarn used is made up of 75% wool and 25% polyamide, which means the cover is hard wearing and machine washable. The cover is made on a traditional vintage circular sock machine, which was manufactured in the 1920’s.
