Ecoprinted Lampshades

Description

Spend a fabulous day exploring the magical process of Ecoprinting. You will discover the magical craft which creates amazing images on both fabric and paper using the remarkable properties of leaves. During the morning we will be printing on a range of papers and fabrics using a range of different Ecoprinting techniques. You will then be able to choose your favourite to transform it into an amazing 30cm drum lampshade suitable for either a free standing lamp or one for a pendant ceiling.

You prepared so much in advance so that we could all achieve and achieved we all did, the results were all individual and beautiful. As a Forest School teacher I've done a simple 'hapa-zome' technique but the colours do not stay on the fabric without a mordant so I'm going to have a go at this - thank you so much for your notes - invaluable. I'm looking forward to doing more eco prints myself ... leaf hunting here I come!!"
