Afternoon Creative Weaving 2 hour Taster Workshop - flexible timing

Description

This is for an afternoon two hour creative weave workshop. Creative weaving has few rules making it appropriate for a huge range of ages and abilities. If you want to book a family workshop I charge less for 18 and under, so please message me via the 'message the tutor' button, and when we’ve decided on a day I’ll put up a custom listing for you on this website. You will start by learning how to do a simple weave on a floor loom, then I will introduce techniques to add colour and texture to your weaving. All materials are provided and you will take home what you weave on the day. I currently have one adapted floor loom for people who use a wheelchair and/or have limited mobility. If you would like to use this please message me to confirm it is available. Thanks. If you love your taster session and want to learn more about freestyle weaving follow-on workshops can be booked directly with me. I have set the course time but if you need some flexibility I can usually sort something out. Just get in touch.
