We weave together an engaging, fun and accessible practice for all ages which can be easily exercised as part of an everyday routine; replacing negative, attention draining habits, scrolling and fidgeting with a simple finger weaving technique. This technique distracts our frontal cognition enough to allow our subconscious to manifest and express itself in this guided journey.
