Description
Crafting meditation workshop ~ These bespoke workshops thread the mindful serenity found within a variety of traditional crafting techniques with contemporary meditation. We weave together an engaging, fun and accessible practice for all ages which can be easily exercised as part of an everyday routine; replacing negative, attention draining habits, scrolling and fidgeting with a simple finger weaving technique.
