Description
Create your own illuminated gingerbread style cottage from clay. Use the slab-building method to construct your own illuminated gingerbread-style cottage from clay. You can add imprinted, textural surface, and cut out details to make a beautiful tea-light house. All pieces made will be colour washed with a natural coloured underglaze to highlight any imprints and then fired. You will have the option of a glazed or natural finish. If you would prefer, you can opt to decorate your pieces with a range of colours at a later date (additional charges will apply). Please just let us know before you leave your session. These classes are available regularly. If the dates/times don't suit, please contact us via the 'message the tutor' button with some idea of when you would like to come and we can then see if we can accommodate you. Groups also welcome. Age/Suitability: Adult & Age 12+. Beginners and advanced. Please ask for advice if you have a younger creative person that is keen to take part. Family, friends and groups also welcome. Lunch from the Barn Café also available at extra cost.
