"This was a brilliant course that went by so quickly, but I learnt so much. A really enjoyable and peaceful afternoon. Jen was a brilliant teacher and gave everyone a lot of individual encouragement and helpful suggestions. I feel like I've got a good foundation to continue practicing from, and would definitely recommend this course to anyone, very beginner friendly but I think I would still learn a lot going on this exact course again!"

"A friend and I had an excellent and enjoyable afternoon being taught brush calligraphy. We were given resources and practice sheets which allowed us to practice the different strokes and letters. Jenny was a great, patient teacher who spent time with each of us. We came away full of enthusiasm for continuing to use this skill and perhaps go on more courses. I would recommend this course!"

"This course was even more enjoyable than I expected. It was the first time I had done a course like this so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was so much fun. All materials provided and all in a lovely room upstairs at Megan’s. Jen was a very patient teacher and took the time to check everybody was getting it and gave tips on how to improve. We came away all having gotten a little bit better than at the start and having lettered a couple of pieces ourselves. Highly recommended 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon- the time whizzes by!"

"What a lovely way to spend an afternoon! On entry all our materials were laid out beautifully with names on all our place cards. The venue itself (Megan’s) was also lovely with staff at hand to take drinks orders. Although using the brush pens took some concentration, the process became really relaxing and although there were no great expectations or pressure for an amazing end result, we all saw great improvement from beginning to end! I would really recommend the course and hope to come again to another course in the future."
