"A great day in truly wonderful surroundings. Exactly how a workshop should be, every imaginable tool and bags of history. Greg is a great tutor, laid back but clearly very skilful and knowledgeable. He was able to take us through the whole process with the minimum of fuss, letting us explore and learn to complete our chosen projects. A really enjoyable day."

"My husband and I spent a day learning to forge. We both had fun and learned a lot. Greg was engaging and full of knowledge. We left with multiple projects that we will be sure to use in the future. Granted, my dog looks definitely sad and disapproving but the bottle opener works well! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spend a day doing something different and enjoyable. "

"If you are totally new to blacksmithing, or have dabbled a bit but want to build your confidence, I recommend this course in the highest terms. Greg could not have been more kind and patient. My partner and I are autistic and struggle a bit with motor skills and understanding at times (well, me more than him!). While able to explain things clearly and happy to support me as a total newbie, Greg was also able to enthuse with my partner over the craft and to assist him with a project of his own design.
