There will be precious stones and beads to purchase to upgrade your piece or take home. Master the art of wire sculpture in jewellery making on the Master Wire Sculpture workshop. You need to already have basic knowledge of jewellery wire work, such as making clasps, jump rings, ear hooks and basic manipulating, and want to learn more advanced techniques to produce exquisite and unique pieces for yourself or professionally. In this workshop you will design and create magnificent sculptured jewellery that you will admire for years to come. Learn the age old technique of wire sculpture, a great way of showing off shaped stones. No soldering or gluing is involved and you will learn to twist and interlock wire to create stunning statement pieces. Techniques covered in this class include: Basic wire bending, hooping and manipulating using tools and hands How to twist square wire to make your jewellery stand out How to wrap a faceted gemstone in a wire sculpture setting using swirls and loops within the wire and attach this to a unique necklace, designed by yourself.
