Join me upstairs at The Mug Tug Ashore in Barton Marina to weave two willow stars, and enjoy some festive treats whilst you are crafting. You’ll make two stars (1 large and 1 small), complete with fairy lights, to hang in your home for Christmas and beyond! Beginner level, you’ll get lots of help if you need it and encouragement to give it a whirl.

Hi, I’m Heather, ex-primary school teacher and artist for Sandwell Council at Ingestre Hall. I’m working part-time in order to support my daughter through Anorexia Nervosa - it’s been a long road to recovery and having my painting events to ensure I look after my own mental health by running them and passing on my passion for teaching people to paint and be brave enough to give things a chance has helped my own mental health immensely. I also make wedding blackboards and can provide art events for parties, charity events and corporate bookings. I love to see you produce work you’re so proud of and can’t believe you’ve done. I’d love to welcome you to a painting event soon!
