Wet felting pleated felt scarves

Description

Based on Canadian smocking, these techniques do not lend themselves to a real time workshop. Therefore, I chose to offer a demonstration where I explained three different pleating techniques and how to apply them to make scarves. The recording explains how to prepare felt for the pleating, how to create the pleats and finish with various dyeing methods.
