A friendly and relaxed, two day workshop in the inspirational setting of the Wildwood art gallery on Dartmoor, with professional artist and fully qualified and experienced teacher, Cheri Hunston. One-to-one tuition in a small group of just five. An ideal workshop for those wanting to learn the basics of watercolour painting. From material choices (paper, brushes, paints), wet on dry, wet on wet techniques, colour mixing, colour control, application, colour washes and basic techniques. The studio is set within the art gallery with plenty of lovely light.

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please bring a packed lunch. Some equipment can be provided at a small extra cost on the day.

I will advise on the minimum of what to bring. I don't believe on you wasting money on inferior products or buying anything unnecessarily. As part of the course I will advise on what to buy in the future.
