Silver Spinner Ring Making Workshop

Description

Spend a day learning to make your own silver spinner ring. Otherwise known as fidget rings or meditation rings, these are tactile rings, with moving parts that you can play with as you wear them. Workshop time: 10 am - 3 pm You will be provided with all materials needed to make one silver spinner ring. All tools will be provided and you will be guided through each step of making in a group of up to six. You will have the option to add one or two different shaped ‘spinners’, these can be made from silver, copper, or brass. You can choose to add texture to your larger ring, or to add a gemstone from my collection to one of your smaller spinners. Rings will be made to fit, so if making a ring for someone else, make sure you know their size. The day includes: Silver for your ring(s). A gemstone to add to one of your spinners (optional). All tools needed, and expert tuition to guide you through making your rings. Tea/coffee and biscuits. This workshop is ideal for beginners.

With over ten years jewellery making experience I am passionate about the different processes and alchemy involved in jewellery making. I have been running silver and gold jewellery making workshops at my studio since 2014. Sharing my enthusiasm for jewellery making is something that I really enjoy and it is important to me to do so in an environment that is comfortable and pleasant for anyone who comes to learn.
