Silver bangle workshop ~ Come and make a gorgeous sterling silver bangle, in a design of your choice, at this informative and friendly silver workshop in Longlevens, Gloucester. During the class, you will be taught all the skills you need to size, cut, file, solder and polish your bangle by expert silver jewellery designer, Wendy, who has years of experience in teaching beginners at these classes and makes sure that you can follow all the stages of the make in a clear and demonstrated way.  It’s a great way to forget the stresses and strains of everyday life as you get lost in thought whilst making your piece. You can also add stamped lettering on those bangles which have a flat surface (D-shaped, rectangular), hammer a texture, and choose from a variety of bangle shapes.

Hello. I am Wendy from WMM Silver. As a jeweller of long standing, and also a B.Ed qualified tutor, I have been teaching in the South West for the past 20 years. I love seeing what results can be achieved by beginner students within a few hours with the right stage-by-stage instruction. My aim is to provide a safe and fun forum for you to learn and enjoy and take home a special piece of jewellery to remember your day. All this is done in my dedicated studio at the Taurus Crafts visitor centre in Lydney where you can also browse the lovely shops and eat in the onsite cafe during your break. I also teach in outreach venues when requested and in private homes for special occasions.
