Seeing the Butterfly - Calming the mind through Creativity with Fran Riley
Description
I’m thrilled you are joining us on this creative adventure using creativity to promote relaxation, self awareness and emotional resilience. The reason for the title of this course came out of a conversation I had with a friend. I was talking about anxiety and said, “sometimes we’re so busy trying to tame the tiger that we forget to see the butterfly”, meaning the sweet and beautiful can be lost in times of stress. This course is for you if you want to quieten your chatty mind and be open to the wisdom of art, if you are curious about how art therapy works or if you would like inspirations and suggestions from me, a qualified integrative arts therapist.
