Description

Try your hand at Sashiko: a decorative reinforcement stitching (or functional embroidery) from Japan. Traditional sashiko was used to reinforce points of wear. The 2 hour workshop is an introduction to Sashiko, where you will make a block that you can either incorporate into patchwork, or keep as a framed stand alone block.

What's included in the price?

All materials provided in the form of a kit, which includes needles, thread, and a needle threader. Your fabric will have a pre printed design to follow.
