Practical Class – wall fixings and fit a shelf
Description
The Great British Woodshop practical series classes are a good follow-on from our Skills Classes where you can take the knowledge you have learnt and put it to practical use in a more targeted or focused way. • Use the drill to install different types of hollow wall fixings into a plasterboard wall • Use the drill to install plugs into brick • Dealing with shelves and uneven walls • Fit wall brackets into the stud work and the hollow wall anchors • Use a level to make sure your brackets are both plumb and level • Install your shelf and secure it
What's included in the price?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, parking is available on the driveway. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day. There is no lunch provided so bring your own or there is a local shop 1 min drive away. Local train station is approx 10 mins walk and parking is available at the workshop.
