Description
Come and join a relaxed and fun Weekend long Pottery Workshop. The weekend is for beginners as well as those who'd like to spend some time focusing on a pottery project or improving their skills. You will learn how to throw on the potters wheel and to use hand building techniques to create functional ceramics. You will also learn to trim, add handles, glaze and decorate your pottery. Your work will be kiln fired for you to collect after the workshop. The workshop is £220pp plus the cost of firing at £7/kg dry weight. That works out at around £2.50 per pot and you will only be charged for work you make that is fired. The class runs 10am-4pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday.
