Description
Discover how to design and make a mosaic at Phoenix Studio in a lovely and informal setting. You'll meet a friendly bunch of people and receive a warm welcome. Phoenix Studio is a well-appointed, purpose-built studio in a charming rural area. Although I teach classical mosaic, you're free to create in your own unique style. You'll learn solid mosaic skills: how to design your mosaic, cut and arrange the tesserae, and grout and complete it. You’ll also learn some traditional mosaic patterns. Experienced students can try out new techniques. If you have a particular project in mind, do contact me via the 'message the tutor' button. All materials to complete a mosaic are included in the price. A range of tiles is available, including glass, ceramic and other interesting bits and pieces!
What's included in the price?
Full tuition and use of equipment. A range of teas and coffees included, but bring a picnic lunch. There might even be cake! Help and encouragement, a few laughs, and maybe even some new friends!
