Description

Discover the joy of transforming a bundle of natural wool fibre into a needle felted animal with this gorgeous craft kit for adults and teens. It makes the perfect gift for someone creative who loves using their imagination. Needle felting is a form of sculpture using a barbed needle and carded wool roving. It is easy to master and the techniques are fairly simple and repetitive. Just like any other craft form, it takes a little practice and every new project you try will teach you something new. This kit has been designed for people who love making things with their hands. Anyone who enjoys craft can give this project a go and make a cute little raccoon to be proud of.

What's included in the price?

Inside the box you will find lots of cruelty-free natural wool in shades of grey, cream, yellow, green and brown. Plus armature wires to make your creature pose and move if you are into stop frame animation! There are full photographic, step-by-step instruction cards, a needle felting basics guide, a pair of glossy eye pins and three specialist needles.

What you will need

You will also need a soft surface to work on. A sponge will do if you are just starting or add one of our foam felting mats to your order. Please note: This is not a toy. Anyone under the age of 14 should be supervised by an adult.

Bergin & Bath are Katie Bergin & Rachel Bath, a creative duo based in Hertfordshire, who decided to turn their passion for everything creative into quality craft kits you will love to make and be proud to gift. We believe there is nothing better than holding something proudly in your hand and saying "I made that!" You don't need to have any skills or experience to have a go. And at the end you are rewarded with the sense of having made something to cherish or give to a loved one.
