Description
Explore a new craft and create a beautiful marbled plant pot using Jesmonite, a water-based resin material. It is solvent-free and has no VOC's, making it safe to use and environmentally friendly. During the craft workshop you will learn how to: * Mix and cast Jesmonite into a silicone mould. * Work with pigments to create your own bespoke colours. * Learn marbling techniques to create your unique patterns. * Sand the base of your plant pot to get a neat finish. * Seal and polish your plant pot. By the end of the class, you’ll have a gorgeous plant pot and plant to call your own, and some newfound skills under your belt too! Knowledge required: This class is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed. What to bring: If you have an apron that would be great or alternatively wear ‘old’ clothes.
