This half-day workshop provides the techniques, materials and equipment to get you spinning on a drop spindle. Stick and Drop Spinning Workshop covers: Fibre types and fibre preparation Finger picking and carding Blending Simple stick spinning 'Park & Draft’ drop spinning Winding on a nostepinne Plying yarn Skeining on a niddy-noddy Setting yarn.
