Knitting - Correcting & Avoiding Mistakes Workshop

X

Description

Ever looked at your knitting with horror and realised a few rows back you dropped a stitch, made a stitch or simply knitted the wrong stitch? If so then this is the perfect class for you. Who is this workshop for? Participants will need to know the basics of knitting but do not need to be an expert.

What's included in the price?

What you will learn We will cover how to undo individual stitches, pick up dropped stitches or lose stitches that somehow appeared. Moving on we will look at how to undo multiple stitches in the middle of a row and how to rip back completely. The workshop will also look at tips for how to avoid mistakes and how to make ripping back easier. Teacher - Alison Ferrary What you need to bring - Participants will need to bring with them a sample of stocking stitch that is 30 stitches and 10 rows, these should be left on the needles so that we can work with them in the workshop. It would also be useful to bring a crochet hook and some double pointed needles if you have them but a selection will be available for use on the evening. We look forward to seeing you and sharing with you our love of all things craft! The StitchN13 Team x
