This workshop is available in the following areas; CHESHIRE, GREATER MANCHESTER, MERSEYSIDE, WEST MIDLANDS, STAFFORDSHIRE, LEICESTERSHIRE, DERBYSHIRE, NOTTINGHAM & SHROPSHIRE. (There is another listing for Kids That Rock - available nationwide) The Kids That Rock, Whole Class Guitar Workshop is designed to engage, inspire and develop a love of playing music. Step by step, the class will learn to play along to pop and classic rock music that people can relate to. Everyone will play a part, regardless of ability, resulting in the whole class playing together as a band. In addition to Schools, the workshop is suitable for: Home Education Groups, Scout Groups, Festivals, Community Events and Private Parties. This workshop is a proven gateway to acquiring a guitar and progressing further by your own efforts. They are led by Matt Tidswell who has been a full time peripatetic guitar tutor since 2007, working in schools across Cheshire and beyond. Matt is prepared to take all the necessary precautions to make our workshops COVID-safe. Based in the Midlands, but will travel to most of the UK.

What's included in the price?

All necessary equipment for the workshop is provided. (Up to 40 guitars) Continued learning sheets can be provided. Making it possible for members of the class to teach themselves. In addition to Pop & Rock, classes can begin to explore different genres of music, including: Classical, Blues, Reggae, Rock & Roll, Jazz, Classic Rock and Pop.
