Description
This is a full day stained glass workshop based at Lisa’s home in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, with views of Mow Cop Castle and as far as Shropshire. The workshop is aimed at beginners, with a maximum of three students, which ensures you benefit from individual attention. You will have use of all the tools and equipment, and materials are supplied at no extra cost. You will make a stained glass piece of your choosing to take away on the day, such as a window hanging, coaster or sun catcher. This workshop will give you a very limited introduction to stained glass techniques. To gain a more comprehensive knowledge and make larger pieces please contact Lisa directly where she can discuss tailor made courses and bigger projects.
What's included in the price?
• Scoring and breaking glass. • Fitting glass and lead together into your design. • Techniques applying copper foil, solder and lead came using a variety of coloured and textured glass.
