Description
We will spend the day exploring the various different techniques for kiln fusing glass. This involves cutting and shaping the glass and assembling to your chosen designs and then firing for several hours in a specialist kiln up to a temperature of around 800°C. Working at a reasonable pace, you can expect to complete 1 or 2 sun catchers, a set of coasters and a picture to go in a frame. Your creations will be ready for collection the following week after they have been fired in the kiln or we can arrange delivery by courier (for a small additional charge).
