Victoria is a botanical artist based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, specialising in watercolour, graphite and ink. Her work is inspired by the British countryside , her own garden and a deep appreciation for nature's delicate details. Victoria graduated with Distinction from the Society of Botanical Artists' Diploma in Botanical Art and is now a foundation member of the SBA as well as a member of The Association of Botanical Artists and Oxford Society of Botanical Art. Victoria offers workshops and one to one tuition for beginners and improvers, where she combines her expertise in botanical art with a welcoming & relaxed atmosphere to help students build their skills and connect with nature.

FAQs

There are limited spaces behind the Victoria Hall, however, if these are taken there is a car park on the Rissington Road which is just a 5 minute walk away.

Refreshments and homemade cake will be provided but please bring your own packed lunch.

The workshop is limited to a small group (usually 6-8 people) to ensure personalised instruction and a comfortable learning experience.

Yes! This workshop is designed for absolute beginners who want to explore botanical art in a supportive environment.

You will be given a spring plant or a flower to draw and paint, and you will be able to take this home with you at the end of the day.

Yes, all materials, including professional grade paints, brushes, pencil and paper etc will be provided for use during the workshop.
