A gorgeous silver honeycomb necklace adorned with a bee. Handmade in Market Bosworth. The approximate dimension of this pendant is 1.5cm width and 1.5cm length. The honeycomb bee necklace is a beautifully crafted piece that embodies the intricate beauty of nature. The necklace features a stunning pendant designed in the shape of a honeycomb complete with Bee. The hexagon is carefully detailed, with a polished finish that reflects light, giving the pendant a radiant, luxurious appearance. Adorning the honeycomb is a delicate bee, finely crafted with attention to detail. The bee appears as if it has just landed on the honeycomb, bringing a sense of life and movement to the piece. The pendant is suspended from a slender, elegant chain that complements the design without overpowering it. This jewellery is designed and hand-crafted by Louise in her Market Bosworth Studio. As the jewellery is hand-crafted there may be tiny variances from the image shown. Louise uses silver clay which, when finished, is 99% pure silver. Each piece comes in a gift box made from recycled materials.

I began my journey into Silver Metal clay whilst running a pottery studio in 2012 and soon became hooked! The magic of turning a piece of clay into a solid piece of Hallmark Silver never fails to amaze me and I love sharing this with my students and helping them create a lovely piece of jewellery that they can wear proudly home makes my job the best. I hold a Higher Diploma in Silver Metal Clay and am a senior metal clay instructor and glass teacher. I have been teaching for over ten years running classes from my studio in Market Bosworth and many jewellery schools and galleries all around the Midlands area. I am a member of The Guild of Jewellers and am on the education committee of the alliance of metal clay. I also hold a Gold student choice award. One of my proudest moments was visiting Tokyo and seeing one of my pieces displayed in the Silver Accessories Exhibition. It is of hallmark standard and if I am selling a piece that weighs over 7.98 grams I have to hallmark it. I have my own hallmark registered with the London Assay Office.

Yes, it is 99% pure solid silver after firing.

I use silver clay, which is pliable, so it can be shaped into many designs that you can create yourself or I can help you with ideas. When you have molded your design in clay, you fire your piece to burn off other substances in the clay to leave a residue of 99% pure silver. You then polish your piece to finish off the process to create an amazing piece of your own unique silver jewellery.

Absolutely. I take every opportunity to look after our special world. I use recyclable packaging and the silver clay itself is made up from recycled material. Components of old mobile phones and out of date hospital x-rays are just examples of material that are recycled into silver clay.

"The Silver Rose pendant is beautiful, and came very well presented and packaged. It even had a lovely free little jewellery pouch to store it in once unwrapped. It is approx 5g in weight and complete with the silver snake chain a total Silver weight of approximately 7g. As well as being gorgeous, it is also excellent value. I messaged Louise before ordering as the pictures showed two different chains, a snake chain and a finer looking chain. I preferred the snake chain and was pleased to hear you could choose either! Obviously the pictures are close up to show the detail, so the rose is smaller than it looks on the picture which is to be expected. But it may be helpful to prospective purchasers to add the measurement in the description? But this is in no means a criticism, I am very happy with my purchase and Louise is a pleasure to deal with."
