Perfect for both beginners and and those with some jewellery making experience, this workshop is a fun and rewarding way to express your creative side. Don't miss out on an opportunity to create something special for yourself or as a gift. During the class you will be instructed by a professional jeweller and guided step by step to create your jewellery. You will start by trying out all the different metal stamps and then making a practice piece in copper to familiarise yourself with the tools and techniques. Then you will go on to make EITHER: - A hand stamped ring with the word, date, name or message of your choice on the inside or outside of your ring. OR: - A hand stamped bar necklace with the name, date, word or phrase of your choice. You will then attach a chain and a charm or gemstone. This workshop is designed as an interest course and is suitable for beginners or those with some previous jewellery making experience. Class sizes are small (maximum 6 people) to ensure everyone gets plenty of tutor time. Refreshments also provided. Please ensure all long hair is tied up and closed toed shoes are worn for health & safety reasons. If you would usually wear glasses for reading then please bring these with you.
