If you enjoy getting creative with your interior decor, upcycling furniture, would like to learn a new craft or just want to make thoughtful, handmade gifts and cards for family and friends, this course is perfect for you. ​ There is no minimum skill level required and the course is suitable for all abilities. A benefit to the course being online is that you can take your time, practice and re-watch as many times as you like, and if you get really stuck you can contact me for help. The course sections are all in video form.

What's included in the price?

The course will take a minimum of 3 hours to complete and includes practical sessions to learn and practice applying imitation gold leaf on different surfaces as well as how to achieve different effects using it. There are also sections on the different materials involved, how to protect your gold and common problems and mistakes. Additional videos show you how to apply gold leaf to uneven surfaces and create an aged look on a piece of furniture. You can move on to these or just watch them for future use and projects you may do. Lastly, a Christmas bonus section has just been added to the course.

What you will need

There is a breakdown provided of the materials you will need once you purchase the course. You are likely to have some of them already such as small brushes but you will need Imitation Gold Leaf and Adhesive which should cost approx £15. There will also be a link provided to a Gold Leaf kit produced for the course by Gold Leaf Supplies, this kit is approx £28.
