Distil your own bottle of gin on mini copper stills
Description
Sip Antics is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre new town at the Cumberland bar. We specialise in a Gin distillation workshop where visitors get to create a bottle of gin from a choice of over 100 botanical ingredients from our library. Each guest will be welcomed to a bespoke micro distillery room where you will receive a gin and tonic on arrival. Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different gin tasting samples and then design their own bespoke gin recipe from the available ingredients. Guests will then use an individual mini copper still to distill their chosen ingredients to produce a 500ml (50cl) bottle of gin to take home with them. While their gin is distilling they will enjoy a cocktail and once their gin has been distilled, they will taste their newly made gin before bottling, labelling, naming and wax sealing their end product.
What's included in the price?
Guests will receive a welcome G+T on arrival, then get to enjoy 3 x gin samples, a cocktail and get to distil a bespoke handmade 500ml (50cl) bottle of gin to take home with them.

FAQs
Unfortunately the micro distillery workshop is located down spiral stairs and not wheelchair accessible.
Unfortunately under 18's cannot enter the building where we hold the classes as we don't have a children's licence.
A class can take up to 3 hours or over depending on the size of the group participating on the day.
Please make us aware of any allergens guests may suffer from and we will make the necessary steps to ensure a safe environment for your visit.
Please ensure if flying to Edinburgh that you have checked on luggage as you won't be able to carry a bottle of liquid onto the plane for travel.
Unfortunately we don't ship any bottles created in our workshops after any guests have visited us.
