In this three-hour workshop Christine Pike will show you how to employ simple hand-building techniques to stunning effect to make your own animal head sculpture with integral base. Choose between a hare or a raven. Depending on how fast you work you may get time to make more than one piece! About the venue: The Discover Downham Heritage Centre, in the Old Fire Station, Downham Market, is fully accessible and all on one level with no steps. There is free parking directly outside the venue or, if this is full, in the surrounding side streets. The centre is also a ten-minute walk from Downham Market railway station, which is on the direct, hourly Kings Lynn - Kings Cross main line.
