The Coppice Co. started in 2020 after Suz Williams finished her two year apprenticeship as a coppice worker and traditional craft maker. Since then she has been teaching traditional woodland crafts across the country. Her speciality is willow weaving, split hazel baskets and spoon carving.

"Wow! What a wonderful morning in a beautiful, tranquil surrounding in the woods. I booked this course for a friend's special birthday treat, and was not disappointed. The lovely weather helped, being outdoors. Suz was a very patient, and clear instructor. Always ready to help when you needed it. Everyone produced a great willow Obelisk and being a smaller group made for a friendlier atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend this course."
