Maker's bio

I started All Things Felt & Beautiful in 2013 and quickly became well known for making needle felt models of dogs by commission, selling my art all over the world. But as well as making, I’ve also love teaching and have taught hundreds of students at my pretty garden studio in Hatton in Warwickshire. I really enjoy helping people discover their creativity and love of needle felt. And when students return again and again I’m proud to see them develop their own style.

"I started this course about a year ago. I was unable to continue due to medical reasons. This is, by far, the best course I've ever seen. I was able to needle felt my little Chiweenie and start the Schnauzer, before I had to stop. I'm hoping to be able to take up where I left off, in the next few months. Sophie is an amazing teacher and gives a wealth of information I've not seen anywhere else. Thank you, Sophie, for what I've learned so far from you. I'm hoping to continue this course within the next few months."
