"Earlier this year, I attended a two-hour encaustic art workshop at the National Bee Spring Convention. As I now wished to increase my skills, I booked a one to one, full-day course with Toni. What an excellent tutorial it turned out to be. When setting up the day, I requested specific techniques and themes to be covered (seascapes and Christmas cards). Toni not only covered these areas but also taught several techniques that I had not previously tried. A very pleasant, relaxed and skilled tutor, Toni makes learning new encaustic art skills fun, informative and hugely rewarding. I certainly hope to study more encaustic art skills with her in the future. I highly recommend her."

"I'd learned welt-felting last year with Toni, which was excellent, so came back tot his year's summer school to try needle-felting. Another great experience. I learned how to create a 'picture' by needle-felting onto a felt background base, create a 3d decorative piece & how to make a felted animal. Lovely tips on how to finish animal or bird pieces. I enjoyed every minute."

"I loved this course. It was well organised and Toni was knowledgable and friendly. She had everything in front of me ready to use so I could concentrate on being creative. She allowed me space to focus but was there when I needed any advice. Perfect. I managed to make lots of pieces from just 10g of clay. It felt magical when the silver began emerging after firing. Everyone I've shown is really impressed with my jewellery pieces! Highly recommended course!"

"I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed a course more than this!! Toni was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease. She's great at teaching her subject and it's obvious that she really enjoys doing what she does. All my questions were answered leaving me feeling confident to carry on doing this at home. I made an earring and necklace set and a little heart necklace all for the price of the course, and learned different techniques to use. I'm absolutely thrilled with what I made and will be going back to join in with an enameling course in the near future. Don't think about booking a course with Toni, just do it - you won't regret it!"

"And I thought I was the most uncreative person in the world! However, the results from my wonderful afternoon with Toni were very impressive. That wasn't all down to me as Toni is a most competent teacher who was so encouraging and engaging that I couldn't fail to produce some lovely beads. The lesson was extremely well structured and it was very good to experience improvement as the lesson progressed. We started by making a simple bead and then moving through stages of making different shapes and patterns. In the end I felt that I really achieved something worthwhile both in the practical sense and also having a great time. Also, health and safety was taken very seriously. I can't wait to see my beads! Thank you, Toni!"

I haven't done anything arty since I was chucked off the O level course nearly 40 years ago, but I still managed to make myself a necklace and a pair of earrings. "I did the silver clay course with Toni in the spring of this year. Silver clay crafts was something I had always wanted to try so, having received the course booking as a birthday present, I went along and had the most fantastic time! Toni was very welcoming and made sure we understood everything around the craft (which tools to use, why to do mock ups, firing, etc.) and gave us tips for doing it at home as well. I wanted to go with a friend, and Toni did the course just for the two of us on a date that suited us. We produced some really impressive jewellery and can only recommend Toni Peers as a teacher."
