Tig Welding For Beginners Introductory Day Course.
Description
One-2-One tuition Tig welding course. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, also known as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), is a welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and an inert shielding gas (like argon) to create a weld, known for precision and quality. This one day course will provide a ‘hands-on’ approach to Tig welding and is suitable for aspiring welders or the DIY enthusiast to develop basic welding skills. This course introduces the fundamental principles of Tig welding materials, tools and techniques. This is a one day basic introduction to Tig welding. Ideal for a complete novice or beginner. You will learn how to set up your welding machine and the different types of welding joints. I have a background in education and training so this links into my past. I do have third party insurance covering all of the activities on offer. We can also advise on equipment choices for those who really get the welding bug! We often have people return to us having set themselves up with the kit, and want extra tuition to get the results they want. Please have a read our reviews students have left on our beginner Mig Welding course. PLEASE BE AWARE! Welding can be dangerous: it produces hot sparks and the materials used get extremely hot. We ask you to come along, preferably with a pair of overalls or suitable non-synthetic clothing, with long sleeves and closed-toe, solid footwear such as leather boots. Definitely no trainers. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations.
