Make your very own herbal skin care products
Description
Designed for a small group of friends, this half day skincare products experience is run in our new workshop and is all about having a fun time whilst making your very own 100% natural body care products. So if you have an interest in additive free skin care treatments that are safe and soothing for the most sensitive skin, or maybe just want a fun experience, this is for you! We’ll run this course on demand for a group of up to 4 people. Led by Nicola, a qualified herbalist, our skin care products workshop will see you make a range of hand and foot creams, soothing balms and indulgent body butters that will leave your skin feeling soft and silky. You will only use natural ingredients, no additives or preservatives in sight! The skin care products that you make will use plants that have been carefully hand picked by Nicola in advance of the workshop. The plants are harvested locally and sustainably to ensure that they’re around next year so you can have more wonderful hand made skin care products. You’ll keep all of your products natural, no unnecessary ingredients will be added to any of them. As an added extra we’ll prepare a selection of natural, locally sourced herbal infusions for you to try out. About us and the venue Jack Raven Bushcraft was founded in 2011 and we've been delivering bushcraft, craft and foraging courses since then from our 30 acre private ancient woodland on the Kent Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Courses in the summer are held outdoors in our woodland camp complete with covered work areas, an outdoor kitchen and a composting loo. Courses in the winter are held in our workshop in a converted barn. What's included in the price?
The price listed is per person All materials, tools and equipment are provided. You can take home everything that you make. We'll also provide refreshments but you'll need to bring your own lunch.
